Local News Station Purchases a Photo for New Set

So, I can finally talk about what happened. A couple of months ago, around mid May, I was contacted by the creative director at Dayton’s WDTN about how they were going to be rebuilding their set for HD and was interested in one of my photos, the one on the left here, from the Downtown Dayton Partnership‘s photo contest, Downtown in Focus, last year. We talked and he asked if I had any other work that may be of use that their design team could look at. So I sent him a link to my 500px Dayton portfolio. About a week later, much to my surprise, the station had decided to use one of my images, the last one on the page here. I had to keep it under wraps until the new set premiered. So I am happy to announce that my photo will be on the set of a WDTN’s TV studio set for a while now.
